Reading Department

With more than 45 full time readers in 27 countries, our reading network is second to none. All Media Watch readers are carefully trained and begin operations at 5:00 am in their local countries. This allows us to begin reporting to clients from 6:30 am Dubai time and throughout the day with updates.

Verification Department

To ensure a higher level of accuracy, we maintain verification teams at our regional offices. They are responsible for acquiring all media in their region and double-checking the next day. The verification team acts as a safety net that allows us to ensure the highest level of accuracy in our reading.

Analysis Department

The first of its kind in the region, the analysis team produces more than 100 report variants to the companies that are determined to measure their communication performance.

External Relations Division

Customer Service Department

Lead by experienced directors and managers, our full time team of 11 customer service professionals makes sure all client requirements are attended to promptly. They also update clients with new developments, such as the launch of new media outlets, the transfer of journalists and upgrades in technology and analysis processes that improve our reporting.

Business and Corporate Development Department

A team of accomplished business development managers, partner relations managers and quality assurance experts lead our effort to grow our business, develop new services and maintain high quality standards.
